The Youth Incentives Fund is an independent Trust Fund to share and foster the Dutch Approach to the sexual and reproductive health of young people.
At the heart of this approach is the belief that young people are sexual beings that have a right to sexual education and services. The Fund was established to encourage and facilitate innovative approaches to the challenges of young people and their sexuality.
The following Member Associations participate in the Fund:

The Fund is chaired by the International Planned Parenthood Federation London. The independant secretariat is also based in London.
